I've just been signed off work for a week with Costochondritis so I'm actually under doctors orders to "sit around and play computer games and watch TV", so I imagine I'll be playing this to death.

Yeah I had a look at that earlier, although I can't see how everyone's tags are going to be unique, I'm sure there aren't enough combinations, at least not for when the final release is out. Although thinking about it, a letter followed by two numbers, that's quite a lot of tags.

It's a pretty sweet idea I must say, "hey, ummmm, Nefulbumcladmea? our about to....oh never mind"

Bungie have just updated their front page; apparently there's a delay in the release that's only effecting those of us who got into the Beta via Crackdown (ie everybody).

They hope it will be a short delay.

Folks are reporting problems downloading the Halo 3 Beta via Crackdown this morning. We have alerted the appropriate Live authorities and they are taking care of the problem as we speak. More news as it comes in.

Bungies website is now dying as well
