Longest single game sitting?

longest time spent gaming would either be CS:S which lasted about 14Hrs or oblivion which lasted roughly the same, both happend when i first bought them especially oblivion it was so damn addictive!!!

3 days and an afternoon!!!!!
on release of Warcraft TBC last january my friend set up a LAN on his internet connection for the release so 3 of us played it for just over 3 days to get a head, all sat at our rig with a huge TV in the middle watching 24
it was bliss . . . . .but also the reason why i quit WoW

Oh man that sounds impressive. And the potential for heart attack - wow! I think that no-one should be allowed to watch more than 6 episodes of 24 back to back without signing some sort of cardiac arrest disclaimer LOL.

I think the most epic stint of gaming I have ever done has to be freelancer, just after I finished my under grad and was in that horrible limbo between that and getting a job... I played it from 11am to 3am or somthing like that so 15-16 hours or there abouts with my clan mates on a particular server and chatting on team speak to... was so exhausted after that I slept all of the next day.

More recently would be the fairly regular 3-4 hour Far Cry FFA sessions over hamachi, great fun. again whilst using some kind of voip, skype this time. nothing like catching up with friends who live a long way away whilst sodomising them with high explosive ammunition.
