I haven't actually played CoD5 yet, but any shooter fan should have CoD4 in their collection. The single-player alone is worth it, if a bit on the short side.

Re: CoD 4 or CoD 5 (PC)

Not played COD5 (doesn't really appeal to me tbh). Started with COD1 and now on COD4 and so far looks really advanced and very playable - feels like you are actually there as it has great music, sound effects and feel. I liked COD1 as liked the 'skill' of WW2.

Make sure your system can cope - I am sure you would anyway but just in case.

Re: CoD 4 or CoD 5 (PC)

COD 5 is okay (slowly working my way through it, damn work), not as much fun as COD4 for SP though, which is what I'm interested in.

I think CoD4 is better than 5, i have spent more time on CoD5 multiplayer, but only because of friends jumping onto CoD5 before i was bored with CoD4

Another vote for Fish4. I've only played a little bit of the 5 beta and t didn't jump out and grab me like 4 did.... the multiplayer is really nice in 4 too - today I won one map hands down.. it was brilliant. The the next one, against the same people I sucked and came last

Re: CoD 4 or CoD 5 (PC)

COD4 was legendary SP & MP, spent many an hour on it. 5 is ok but don't think it packed the punch that 4 did.
