Biscuit - I know your pain. I feel I just spend hours searching and when it looks like I am about to get something good... BANG, shot from miles away
Just started playing Might & Magic: Heroes VI, and Medal of Honour. Both surprisingly dissapointing! Medal of Honour is incredibly linear, more so than the very first MoH game.
And HoMMVI is impossibly difficult, spend too long looting and fighting demons and the next boss you meet is stacked with 600 archers and 450 plaetorians! The only way to win is to rush to the boss within the first few game weeks before they grow, thereby missing alot of the "fun" of exploration / eradication.
Also got the Humble Bundle X so planning to invest some time into Reus and Strike Suit Zero
Im on with Warframe at the minute. For a free to play game, its amazing.
Space ninjas and all.
Batman Arkham Origins! Great game, loving it!
Assassins Creed 4: Black Flag.
Took me a while to get into this one (enjoyed all the others) but getting there now

Still playing Assassins Creed Revelations, it doesn't seem as good as the previous games but I want to finish it to conclude the story of Altair, Ezio and Desmond etc...
Played some Saints Row IV over the free weekend, I might eventually get this, but was not as impressed with this as I was with Saints Row the Third.
Started playing the latest Tomb Raider with the Mrs over the weekend (after a recommendation on here). Enjoying it so far. Decided to have another run through of Mirror's Edge on PS3 (only played it on Steam) and have been messing around on DJ hero for old time's sake.
I've got 10 games I bought in the steam sale I've yet to play.. Just never have the time to play games anymore!
XBOX Live - Sheep Sardine | Origin - MrRockliffe | Steam - MrRockliffe |

Started a couple of games over the weekend.
Shank was a game I picked up as part of a Humble Bundle quite a while ago, side scrolling 2D beat'em up, not normally my cup of tea really but enjoying it so far (despite being very very bad at it!) yet another game that I've been able to play since getting my 360 controller
Tomb Raider, the new one, not really played any of the previous games, got them all during the Steam Summer Sale, planned on starting from the beginning but I'm just going to play this one, which will hopefully make me want to play the previous games (even if they're not the same). A couple of hours in, enjoying it so far, PC can't cope with everything fully maxed but even with a couple of settings taken down a notch (including the hair!) it's a very pretty game.
I'm not sure what reviews say it gets a bit samey but for me it doesn't and I'm 13 hours in. I love the battles although my tactics aren't the best; they are different in terms of characters you can use because some of your characters can get killed if you make bad choices; you also change perspectives during the story, one from the giant Varl and the other from Human which end up being intertwined so you get a range of characters through the different arcs as well. The story is well written although there are quite a few grammar issues I've noticed so far.
So for me, the story is awesome, the mechanics I like and the battles I have enjoyed. There are grammar issues and a few UI choices I would of preferred to be different but nothing that detracts from the game as a whole. I don't know of any game that is similar to The Banner Saga so can't really say you'd enjoy it if you liked some other games but if you are interested in the game already I would recommend it. The story is great and done in a way where your choices are meaningful and can lead to you failing and having to start from a previous save. It also somehow manages to make you recognise that your failing was your fault without explicitly telling you that, the game isn't unreasonable which makes the experience good.
I'm starting another story because I forgot my save file at home, will see how different the game is for a second play.
Assassins Creed 4: Black Flag (PC) - GREAT GAME!
Playing NFS rivals on PS4
Waiting for THIEF to come out on pc which looks decent
After a very long break from gaming I have managed to put a PC together and I have just bought the latest Humble Bundle. I'm enjoying Arma II and I'm managing to run it on pretty high settings so It looks quite nice as well.
Evoland. Like a walk in time and rpg history.
Bought dayz standalone and have been playing that as well as rust though i prefer dayz standalone and also trying to get into the witcher 2.
I've been getting into Space Engineers. Really enjoying the multiplayer side of it. I've also got access to the Elite Dangerous Alpha and its looking very nice so far.
