UT2004 Adrenaline Combos

I remember from UT2003 where you had the stealth and beserk combos on RRRR and LLLL. I got UT2004 and it cant seem to get them. I had Bonus combos turned off.
Have they removed them from UT2004?

i believe those two are available through a mutator.

i know DDDD for health regenration, and UUUU for speed boost

they are all available as normal....

Ahh, I swear it has changed, it used to be LLLL and RRRR for Beserk and Stealth!
