i was playing it multiplayer on amd xp3000 with nvidia fx5950

and it ran very well..

Doom 3 is GREAT! I can get 37 fps, not bad.... But I need to go 800XT. The shadows are great! But it looks poor on my LCD at 1280 x 1024.. Not Native!!! Edit: my loading times are great! but it is the beta version...

myth... you mean the alpha. There never was a doom3 beta that got leaked

only the Ati alpha that leaked 2 years ago, many warez groups released supposed 'beta' versions but they were just tweaked versions of the alpha ;/
