Steam broke?

Anyone else experiencing major lag and some games not working on steam? after this update i cant play zombie master mod , it says its unavalible even though its installed etc.

REALLY annoying since fallout 3 isnt here yet .

My internets is largely broke to america at the moment, so I can't tell if it's steam or general connection.

a little slower to get into game but i'm guessing thats cos it's just updated...

Fail, its not working again so slow and wouldnt load mods. Now it wont even login, i give up with this program.

steam can be unreliable at the best of times

Are you running Vista? My TF2 games have been lagging for the last fortnight or so. I though it was maybe installing Forceware 178.24 (from 177.83). I turned off GeForce PhysX in the new driver but that didn't fix the lag.

I booted into XP (dual boot) and it was definitely better, but I'm also running an older Forceware in XP as I don't boot into XP so much these days.

Any pattern emerging here?
