The auto detected advanced graphics settings were spot on
It definately looks better, particularly the lighting
im getting it and playin it when i get home tomorrow
.. all this is doing is reminding me i should have finished HL2 .. I loved every moment of it (I'm on the costal bit with the antlions.. its embarrasing) but i just lose interest so quickly in fps's against AI

It's very good so far
Thought HL2 was a bit disappointing and nowhere near as original or innovative as HL1 so I'll probably pass on the upgrades.
Am downloading Sin:Episodes though in the hope of something different...

was good, enemy AI seems to have improved, and the new zombines are a welcomed addition
i want the gun that alyx has at first, seems to be a really fast pistol
episode 2 looks the dogs! -after completing the game, go to new game, and the final chapter is a video for episode 2
I've not got that far into the game yet, but I've seen a spoiler I wish I hadn't. I bet bledd knows which one I've seen, unless there are other big ones

Where do you throw the ball, to lower the lift?
