Heh interesting. You should talk to trading standards in the UK - you'll find they're very helpful and won't drop you in a load of legal stress for reporting false claims about a product. If they get enough reports they'll even do something about it
I could talk to trading standards, but what you do have to realise, is that they are completely useless, disinterested, and don't have the funds to do anything.
