I would have thought an archive forum would be a good idea - a place where threads that are over 6 months old could go to and you would have an option on the search, where you pick to search the archive forum or 'all other sub forums' for a particular search term...just an idea to stop this kind of thing happening again.

I've just checked the latest suggestions thread on this topic (the suggestions forum is under channels > hexus.opinion) and someone's pointed out an add on to the forum where it'll warn you when you're adding to an old thread. Hopefully that'll get picked up.

Cool, I hope it does get picked up and implimented as it is a very good idea I think and would stop this from happening!
