dihydrocodeine, and anything in that group, are a complete bitch. Friend on mine who is young but has the worst arthritis imaginable has been on and of them. I have also seen a few old mates try to get off the smack, not pretty. But it can be done, hell though.

Nope and G8ina just to cheer you up.
When I got out of detox the final time I went to my GP for a checkup and joked with him it should be easy to give up fags now.
He said seriously dont do that for a while the stress will probably kill you.
I stoped the ciggies - was a lot eaiser than I thought. I iz rule.

Not having taken such drugs I have no idea how to cope. All I can do is offer you some moral support in this post. Coming off anything which you have depended on is not easy particularly if the side effects are bad.

I've done it
Took my last DHC on Thursday night (21 June 07), suffered 3 sleepless nights, lots of sweats and toilet probs (ooerr missis) but I seem to be over the worst now
