    No, as of the 1st of July, you're wrong.

    On a seperate note got upgraded to 20meg yesterday and as predicted my loverly stable 10mb connection has now gone ratsh1t and I'm getting varying speeds. Sometimes as low as 500kb/s and is frequently dropping out. To top it off bandwith throttling is in full effect despite not dowloading any large files last night.

    Sod this 20mb supposed upgrade malarky, give me my stable 10mb connection back.
