    Reclaiming Bank Charges

Anyone in the process or have had luck with this?
I'm in the process of getting £3280 from barclays, had me statements through then added all charges(was a bit silly with money few years ago) and it came to £3280, posted statements and letter asking for all the charges back saying they were unfair, phoned them yesterday and it takes 8weeks to resolve but should be getting a letter on 16th to either get partial offer or let me know their still working on the case, but it will be resolved by the 30th july, i know a few friends that have been succsessful.

I was just reading that, maybe a one off then?, i'm pretty confident that i'll get something out of it and tbh i'll take a partial offer. This seems to be the best site for advice and the bank charges forum has individual bank threads and succsess stories.
