    Valentines Weekend Rate Special
"Join us with you loved one over Valentines weekend this year. Walk through the woods, relax by the log fire, do nothing but enjoy each others company. Stay for 2 nights from as little as £70.00 per person per night. This rate is based on a minimum stay of 2 nights, in a
standard double bedroom and includes accommodation, full Scottish breakfast, dinner and VAT.

For that extra touch of luxury may we suggest our Romantic Package. We will place a bottle of chilled Champagne, an arrangement of flowers and a box of Scottish chocolates in your room in time for your arrival. The additional cost is £60."

Just seen this... Just because I'm not into Valentine's day (for reasons undisclosed) that much, it doesn't mean I'm not going to get you a card or a pressie!

    yo wiffle

i remember a while ago that me and me folks stayed in some sort of old watchtower in durham somewhere - it was a self catering place, big enough for a family (so probably ott) but had a definate castle-like atmostphere to it, might be worth a look?

failing that, i think there are big castles in france and particularly germany that have been converted into hotels - might be worth a look (flights can be well cheap)
