name your favourite cocktails/concoctions

With the free pitcher a lot of people are getting(waiting for mine to turn up), what are your favourite cocktails?

Do you stick to old school cocktails like long island ice tea etc or do you make up your own?

One I tried on a stag do(if you want something to get you drunk quickly) is a turbo smirnoff:

Pint glass, large white wine in glass then a whole bottle of smirnoff ice.

served with ice, it's yummy.

I'm a big fan of a Drunk Italian, 2 Parts Gin, 1 Part Vermouth, 1 Part Limoncello, topped up with Tonic Water. Pure Magic!

I'm partial to a white russian: 1 Blue Label, 1 Kahlua and the rest whole milk (or cream, depending on how fat i feel )
Mind you I drink cream, so I'm not exactly the healthiest person about

Had a major Scrubs-a-thon a few months back, ended up trying the Appletini for giggles.. It's TASTY!

1 part vodka, 2 parts apple sour, topped up with appletiser and finished with a glacé cherry.

Not alcoholic, but in this weather I'll take a pot of Lavazza Crema e Gusto - Gusto ricco coffee, chilled. Half fill a pint glass, then top up with half a pint of full fat milk. Three teaspoons of brown sugar, then pour over crushed ice. Sooo nice. I guess if you need the booze, stick a shot or two of baileys in there for good measure.

cheeky vimto - 50ml port and a bottle of blue wkd.

turbo shandy - half lager half smirnoff ice.

dr pepper - half pint of lager, half pint coke and a shot of amaretto.

Not a great fan of cocktails in general, but I will rarely turn down a Mohito =)

Margaritas! 1 shot of tequilla, 1 of triple sec, the juice of one freshly squeezed lime. I like an ice cube in it, but bars often serve it with crushed ice (which I don't like). Wet the rim of the serving glass (ideally a martini-type cocktail glass) and then dip it in salt (or just pour salt on your hand and lick some off from time to time.

Absolutely delicious, and very moreish. You can quickly get dangerously drunk, I know from experience.

"Mexican Revenge" - Cranberry Juice, Golden Tequila, Lime Juice and a spurt of Angostura Bitters. It's like a soft drink that gets you legless.
