maybe he joined before that rule came into place?

As for sleeping, Any problems with sleeping are purely psychological, so any problem can be reversed. My housemate had sleeping issues, so my sisters boyfriend gave him a few techniques to use to clear his mind of thoughts. He sleeps fine now!

Re: So who else has sleeping issues?

Often for me depends how much exercise i've done that day, i might of been mentally shattered, but not walked so much as a mile.

Also depends who your sleeping with, one failed relationship i couldn't sleep at all with her in my bed, turns out my ether was telling me some good logic founded reason!

I do tend to find when i get insomina (and i used to get it cronically) it was caused by physical pain and bad diet combined with a lack of exercise.

Might still be mental, but soon as two of those got solved, my innsomnia stopped (thou i think i've yet to catch up on the 3/4hours a day).

I'm with you on that one, some people I can sleep like a log with, others I just can't.

Definitely prefer my own bed though. Nothing like a good nights sleep in it (I love my bed) BY MYSELF

Yes. Currently I have a few things on my mind which bug me. Plus I can never get comfy in this strange weather. You would think with Air Con in my bedroom it would be fine, but Oh No!

Guess I need a nice girl to snuggle up with

Re: So who else has sleeping issues?

I always goto sleep watching a DVD of some description, it's something I've done for years and has never failed to put me to sleep, the trouble is, it has become routine and well now Ican't goto sleep with out it, so lol in some respects I've caused myself a problem really.

Generally speaking once I'm asleep thats pretty much me dead to the world so my PC is usually on when I wake up in the mornings, or I may wake up if I need to take a puff on my inahler.

The trouble is although right now I'm physically tired, (worked a 12 hour day today) I'm not mentally ready to goto bed as my last meal was at 8:30 so I need time for my system to deal with the food before I goto bed, I usually hop into bed at around mid night.

Replace psychological with physical to get an equally true statement. Hint: imo both are false.

Some such problems can be fixed or worked around. Some can't. Hopefully as our understanding increases the former category will grow & the latter shrink.

Apparently, women in long term relationships tend to think they get a better sleep with their partner, but actually they don't. Can't recall the corresponding conclusion re men, alas.

Careful, there are animal protection laws about that kind of thing. And don't think disinfectant will get rid of all the forensic evidence.

I love when I can get up at half six cause you feel as if you have a head start on the day. I always look forward to weekend lie ins but they tend to do me more harm than good cause by Sunday night I can't sleep til 4am!
