Yes, I see your point... but she's not exactly every mans fantasy is she? (please feel free to have an opinon here - but each to their own, we're all entitled to a personal opinion afterall) well, I'm sure she'd have a job getting into FHM or something... but hey.

It's my opinion at the end of the day, and I realise it is a bit catty... but I'm not the first to have said it am I?

and just for reference, it's not just MEN who would think that she made a silly slip... there are girls out there who would think that silly too.

There was an old saying I had about Doom 3, and its kind of unrelated, "The lack of light causes unnatural skin complexions" the reason why they're supposedly all ugly is because they neglect the need for social acceptence.

They probably don't know its rude to walk around in public without making an effort on how you look.

Begs the question why do you want a geek anyway?

Geeks generally are more socailly enept, lacking in vitimin d (sunlight helps you get this) and often renowned for a complete and total lack of physical activity which results in shall we just say a lack of stamina?

Not to mention been on the geeky side of things yourself wouldn't you be better off with someone who would enlarge your intrests, rather than just focus on the same things.

I always find it funy when people are moaning about the lack of a partner, when they design the one they want, they often don't end up with what they think of, yet find it good none the less.

This might be 4 hours sleep after creamfeilds and 3 hours on the train reading "the undercover economist" but i think it would be really intresting to see what would happen if people only ever had relationships with people they'd selected via a dating database that contained everyone. Odds are even the most bizzare requests (a good looking geek) could be found. But obviously you'd have to bring in some kind of prioritising system (like money in a free market) so you could prioristise. I wounder if people would be happer!?

Or mabye i've just had far to much red bull and pro plus in the last few hours.

Who said I was looking for a geek? I really don't want a rich, good looking geek... I've had one... messed up beyond belief, never going there again.

What I am looking for is someone who I'm not going to out-geek all the time (i.e has a passing interest in computers and the internet, coz I do), but has more interest in me than a Lv60 Mage, has the skills to talk to other people and knows what having "other" interests is.

I think that's fair.
