Who said I was looking for a geek? I really don't want a rich, good looking geek... I've had one... messed up beyond belief, never going there again.

What I am looking for is someone who I'm not going to out-geek all the time (i.e has a passing interest in computers and the internet, coz I do), but has more interest in me than a Lv60 Mage, has the skills to talk to other people and knows what having "other" interests is.

I think that's fair.

It happens. One of my colleagues (a mini-geek) never met great men except me, and I'm taken, until she met a French cellist on a plane. She spent the week dating him (in Chile, where they were both working that week) and then asked him if she could move in with him when the week was over. Even I think she was damned lucky; he's smart, good-looking in a blonde floppy-haired kind of way, drives a Karmann Ghia, has a nice apartment in Paris, is straight, knows how electronic stuff works and is hung like a baguette (OK, I made that bit up). The only down side is he's a bit of a classical music geek.

I thought she was mad to just ask him straight out, "Can I move in with you" but I was wrong. Fortune favours the brave.

Now as everyone knows I'm usually conservativly modest (...). But i'm a good looking nerd tbh. I've never had a lvl60 mage though so not sure if I qualify. I do however translate via XSLT frequently. I think you'd have to content yourself with a certain degree of nerdyness tiggarai, i'm certain the nerdyness/looks graph has a certain peak towards the very nerdy end of the scale.
