I don't go for 2 weeks yet! I hope the offer is still on then
Anyway, I can't be bothered. My daughter is a student and could buy it, but she's happy with Office Pro 2003, so it's not really much of a bargain.
(Thanks Evilmunky)
Eagles may soar, but weasels never get sucked into jet intakes.
might grab this as it does seem quite a bargain, but can I install this on my laptop and desktop?
wow, amazing deal.
Guess, i'll let all my geeky & non-geeky friends about it.
Thanks for the find mate
Anyone know where abouts in the order process you select that you want it on disk instead of download?

Yeah its a cracking deal this. As soon as student loan comes through I'm a getting this.
You get the exe files I believe for the £40. Someone on another forum asked how to extract the contents of the exe files so he could save them to a DVD and make an install disc from that.
You pay extra if you want some actual real non-fake genuine DVDs sent out to you.
I dont think they do physical disks right now but will in future for a small charge (read on another forum), but couldnt you just download a ISO image copy through a torrent and then use your legitimate code?
Download Office Ultimate 2007: If you don’t want to download, you can also order a physical DVD during the purchase process for a small charge.

Haha I knew I'd seen that somewhere.
Awesome deal, I'll pick this up along with Vista Business Edition (free from MSDN ) when I get my new PC.
I don't mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am so that's the way it comes out.
For those of you who are downloading it and burning it to a disc, it's a lot nicer to extract it and then burn the extracted files. I believe this also works for most Microsoft self-extracting archives.
Go to the command line and typeObviously replacing User with your username, this will make a folder called Office on your desktop, and inside will be the contents of the CD, even an autorun.inf file.Code:X12-30307.exe /extract:"C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\Office\"
