Can you name these old rockers?

This has been driving me mad. I went to a small festival and met some apparently 'famous in their time' rockers. The music that day was really great and I recognised plenty of the songs, but who are they?

They had a swarm of people around them, so I thought I nip over and get their autographs. Unfortunately I can't read their names. Can you name these three rockers?

I'm pretty good on old rockers, but I don't recognise these three coffin-dodgers, so a hint in the form of a song title, fragment of lyric or a playbill for the festival might help.

It was held near Braintree somwhere. Something...Temple, that's all I remember.

The pics are from last summer, not this summer. Only just found them on an old digital camera.

They are from either: The Manfreds, The Jones Gang or The Animals

One of them is John Williamson, the guitarist from the Animals.

The one in the pink shirt could be John Steel, the Animals' drummer. I guess that could leave the top beardy as Eric Burdon, though he looks too short.

I thought the most likely candidate for Eric Burdon was the guy in the checked shirt but it's pretty hard to tell.. above's a recentish photo and he doesn't really look like any of them, does he?

The other pic is of a ligger. It's no one from the bands mentioned above. I love how the two of you look so chuffed to be photographed with this guy yet you don't know who he is - comedy!
