Hell and Fire was spawned to be released.
Well, it may sound amusing but I think the fact that he was doing it in the privacy of a hostel room he paid for and ended up with 3 years on the sex offenders register is pretty serious. I just cannot understand how this has happened, if you were in your hotel room cracking one out and the cleaning staff caught you would you expect to end up on the sex offenders register?

He was obviously framed....

Yeah, the thing itself is just well, so dumb you have to wonder if the guy has some sort of mental illness.
The ruling, well...
It sounds like if say you are with a girl in a hotel and a maid decides to walk in on you, you are committing a sex crime...!
If anything they should be the one who is punished for a breach of privacy, not this theoretical couple behind a locked door -- though sensibly no one should because it's just one of those unpreventable things if they didn't hear the knock.
It's bad news for privacy in the UK because of how a ruling like this could be used to support future similar cases... where the person(s) in question isn't a complete weirdo.
Lucky it wasn't a childs bike, or he'd have got 5 years.
Suppose it puts a whole new meaning to riding your bike.
