    Is George Galloway right?

Is George Galloway right? Is George Bush in Tel Aviv, right now, convincing them to attack Iran?

Where did you hear this news from?

I thought Bush went to Isreal for a pointless peace mission.

No, he's not right, he's mad. There is a world of difference between right and mad.

I'm not saying Bush can't be up to that, but Galloway is a crazed, anti-American, Saddam loving, arse licker. And as such, will just peddle the pro-Iran line like scummer he is.

just saw an interview on TV

The man was possessed, but the yank at the other end of the cable connection was laughing in his face, and it was politically horrible.

Well, I don't think that George Galloway is correct on that one but if Iran keeps pushing the envelope who knows what may happen.

I find some of the things that GG says occasionally have a grain of truth in them though they are more often than not just completely barking. In some ways, I think he's bit like Tony Benn however, unlike GG I actually quite like and respect Tony Benn. I disagree with much of what he says but I think he has integrity, something I don't believe of Mr Galloway.

I would imagine he's wrong, Stewart's pretty much summed-up what I think of him.

I know yeah. All Galloway ever does is call everyone a 'crazed neo-con' and repeat it until the end of the interview.

Which, considering he was pretending to be a cat in his pants, on celeb BB not so long ago, is a bit rich.

George Galloway is a gibbering self-aggrandising cretin, who has absolutely nothing of value to say on any subject whatsoever. A stopped clock may be right twice a day, but George Galloway is wrong on essentially everything, all of the time.

    Re: Is George Galloway right?

Anyone know how a US Warship can be even slightly worried by a few motor boats the size of my sofa?

I saw the clip, the audio was weird.....and the boats were smaller than my potting shed.
BUT Israel are looking for afight....no?

American warships have been attacked and damadged by small boats in the past, one attack was in Yemen.

An American Navy destroyer refueling in Yemen was rocked by an enormous explosion on Thursday, and President Clinton said it appeared to be a terrorist attack. At least 6 American sailors died and 11 others were missing and presumed dead, officials said. Nearly three dozen others were injured, some of them severely.

Not to forget the USS Cole, USS Cole bombing - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Like most big weapons they're great at standoffs and all out war, but if you can get close enough with a big bag of C4 you can break it and kill a lot of the people inside.

Because a small ship with a bomb on it can turn a big ship with Americans on it into dust.

You don't have to be Terry 'the genius' McGenius to work that out Zak, me old mucker.

QFT - Absolutely spot on. The guy is at the top of the muppet pyramid.

Here is the thing...Iran actively wants a confrontation of some kind with the US, UK or whoever else they fancy. Maybe confrontation is too strong a word, but they definitely like to to play to the media. They want to be at the forefront of the worlds attention, they love it and the way they do it, is through taunting, teasing and putting on political shows for for the world to see and hear about.
