Yeah, it is understandable, I was actually complementing youIt was written pretty quickly, and I'm aware I skimmed over a lot of issues (such as what an arrestable offence is, and the difference between someone either committing or having committed one for a citizens arrest, and reasonable grounds for suspicion for a police officer. So I certainly wouldn't deny the "crude" remark. In my defence, it was written as a non-legal debating point rather than a technical analysis, though.

I've just finished 7 days of late shifts- I normally like doing lates but they've sent me a bit crazy this week. I only have another 16 shifts to do behind the wheel- I've been promoted, and I start training to be a Service Controller on the 7th April. I'm going from being Reg Varney to Blakey, if you will. I just hope I can get through it without getting beaten up, and without road raging someone.

Well, I'm a borderline alcoholic and I never turned up for work pissed- don't really fancy a spell in prison. Edit: OCD makes no difference to how well you drive (well possibly in some very extreme cases, but not in mine); as for the ADHD, it stops me being good at office jobs because I get bored to tears, but there's always enough stimulation when I'm driving along to keep me properly focused. I had two minor accidents that were my fault in my first month of driving, and haven't had one in the 18 months since.
only kidding keep up the good workif there will be no sperm donor-ing done while on duty so much the better.
