and some electronics stuff is exactly the same between different versions, all they do is just plug different things onto the main bit i.e. wiring loom, main control board. it saves manufacturing costs and if there's a fault its easier to identify the problem.. try taking a mobility scooter apart, you'll soon see what i mean..
