This simply isn't true - No company has ever contacted us over HEXUS.trust - infact the only time we do get a reach out is people chasing us to be added to it.

We have removed companies in the past because we simply do not wish to be associated with them or their business activities.

I don't want to go off-topic, or go into other things you can't discuss, but doesn't that totally undermine what Hexus.trust is all about? I too was under the impression that they requested to be removed from it and threatened legal action had it not been.

Please reread my earlier posts, especially #10.

It's not about discussing the leaked papers, or whether they're genuine or not. It's about what people are saying about that, and especially where the line for defamation is.

I think this thread has run it's course now. We are looking at the original thread. It will probably re-appear in the near future, when we've decided how careful we need to be, and how to get everyone else to understand how far they can go.

Meantime, I'll close this, as you can all see what the issues with the original thread are.

Sorry to rebump this - but this has been mentioned a few times in the BH forum.

Without wanting to just reword what David has said, this "OCUK was removed for legal issues", is nothing more than a myth that seems to come around time and time again, no matter if its corrected or not.

I'd love to know where it came from, because it certainly would never have come from one of us guys.
