    Re: Shaving

ok...shaving dude on YouTube, the pic is a bit suspect no?

    Face -
Every other day as shorter stubble seems to cause more irritation.
    Plenty of hot water (duur!)
    Shave Gel not foam.
    Quattro Razor

    Sack -
Same (just not every other day!)
Much neater, just try it once, go on, you know you want to!If you don't like it then it grows back damn fast so no big loss!
As mentioned my wife prefers it, looks neater & apparently adds some perceived length (the line below is 6 inches yeah?)

    <------------------------------>

Oh, and never, ever, ever use hair removal cream on your balls & leave it on for longer than the recommended time, I'm not even going to mention what happens due to the mental scars received...

    BEARDY!

well, almost, isn't stubble just a very short beard? If so what is the internationally recognised length when stubble starts to become a beard?

I believe it's all dependent on the resolution and the quality of the materials used.

Thumbs up Cream to make beard grow back finer and slower

This KALO hair inhibitor cream really works. My husband only has to shave every two days now and he says his face doesn't itch as much. I use it on my legs too!

They sell KALO on the body4real website (it's co.uk)

Unforutunatly for me ive just reached the point where im getting stubble back after shaving by end of the day and almost a beard after 3 days... (used to shave once a week)

I have seen alot of people recommending electric razors over what i use now which is a Gillete Fusion thing pretty basic tbh.

Problem im having is it takes me quite a few minutes to shave, i cant get close enough to the stubble to get rid of it and my faces aches for about a hour after shaving.

So really im asking for advice? recommendations? and opinions of electric razors.

    Thanks again.

    Re: Shaving

This week for the first time in years i will have had to shave every day because of interviews. But!!! When i shave i can hear the blade cut the hair- but it still leave what looks like stubble. So put some more shaving oil on and try again still loads left. I'm not sure whats going on i am pressing hard enough but its still there for the most part. I am now finding i have to almost scrap my skin to get these stubble bits gone (although some still remain)

I have a new blade in my gillette fusion. Running out of ideas now! I need of some help

    Re: Shaving

Personally I electric shave first with a Braun 360 then wet shave in the shower, you have the advantage of opening up your pores and knowing that everythign has been washed off your skin. I couldn't shave over a basin now - it seems so painful in comparison.

    Re: Shaving

I quite like having some stubble but like to keep it tamed. I've got a Babylis beard trimmer which is really nice and i would recommend to anyone, althought it won't do a close shave

    Re: Shaving

I'd recommend a blade over an electric razor every time, I find them nicer to use, they produce less ingrowing hairs, and they are more convenient if you are on holiday etc

I stick to the mach 3 - seems to work pretty well for me, with the king of shaves gel - I find it by far the best there is.

The wilkinson sword blades often have that wire stuff over the top of them - that makes them clog up all the time if you have more than a tiny bit of stubble - so I bypass them after trying them once or twice in the past.

I am using one of these now. A close shave every day and far less irritation than with a blade. You can use it with shave gel, instead of or with the nivea stuff, and it works in the shower.
