for sitting/leaning are you counting using toilet?
if so then.. no.
if not then... I think I managed around 12 hours on the Princess Trust outward bounds - which made me develop my fear of heights.. 250ft dam with no-one holding safety rope is a little bit scary..
been a lazy sod ever since, sit down whenever I can - I get dizzy looking down when standing on the kerb..
I've walked for about 8 hours straight practicing for a Nijmegen walk, but that's probably the longest I've done and is usually followed by falling over and dying for a couple of hours...
I did when I was in Narm.
Does this count:
-sitting on computer chair for about 21 hrs

Spent 13 hours on my feet without a break on a busy shift in a Care Home

This is bunny and friends. He is fed up waiting for everyone to help him out, and decided to help himself instead!
^^ Plenty cups of tea, I do hope.
I'm 99% certain I haven't stood for anywhere near as long as a solid day; how much moving are you allowing for? Standing still is much harder than moving about. (And while on the subject... anyone thinking of putting in for a slot on the fourth plinth?)
When i worked in a local computer shop and we did computer fairs on sundays I'm pretty sure I would get close to that. Probably about 14 hours of solid work - setting up the tables with hardware at the start, serving all day then packing up and loading the van at night.
Our sale days were pretty legendary too, I thnk we once had 200 people outside the shop for one. (£1 per MB EDO SIMMs!! that was sooooo cheap )
I think at reading festival once - i got out of my tent at 11:00am and didnt get back into it to sit / lie down till 2:00 am and in that time i didnt sit or lean anywhere, not even on the floor etc. But i spose i was in a crowd so even if i picked my feet up i woulda remained upright
I knew a guy once who was one of the Queens guards (is that what they are called - with the bearskin hats?).
Those guys have to learn how to continually squeeze and relax their body muscles to avoid cramp etc whilst not actually moving.
Can't remember how many hours at a time they do though.

Even if it's a lot less than 16 hours, standing so still for so long is very different from just being on your feet all day walking about etc.
when i worked in a factory on a line putting bits of cupboard into boxes all day, sometimes putting the boxes on the line, sometimes glueing the sides closed I was on my feet for the whole time I was there, the only time I sat down were for tea breaks but I doubt this counts as it was only 8.30 till 5pm monday to friday for a few months.
