    Amazing pictures from California's Fires

    An area the size of Buckinghamshire is already burning this summer. Even living here, it's hard for me to appreciate just how large these areas are. Every season is worse than previous, mainly due to the efforts put in to suppress fires. I found this link with some amazing pictures:

    Probably not, theres no reference for how far infront of the aircraft the house is...looks close though, your right.

    The 5th pic with the helicopter dropping water;
    Just looks so small and insignificant comapred to the amount of smoke around it.
