Fing is these hadrons iz tiny innit, they live inside atoms so they must be pretty small to get in there. So where are they going to get large ones to smash into each other?

My housemate told me a few nights ago that she heard on tv the worlds gonna end this Wednesday, am home now and thankfully got net connection but cant make sense of it.

So far I've got some machines gonna be turned on and theres a chance it'l end the world. Surely they can't do this? or the world ending thing isn't true?
