While the American people have a stereotype of not being the brightest bunch, does Fox really think there's anyone this stupid?

please tell me thats shopped and wasn't broadcast....
I heard about this yesterday. it beggars belief how bad americans get at times.
It seems that a large chunk of the american ppl already thought Obama was a muslim and now with biden as his running mate they think he`s gonna blow up the white house or something. Its scary that a country with so many idiots are allowed guns.
No, it's a joke. It has to be a chop.
'Obama \ Biden - Osama Bin Laden. Coincidence?'
That's the sort of thing a child might say. Even in America, a news channel could not have ran that item.
I call chop.
yeah i just cant believe that a big tv network would allow that... or even think it up.
It's fake. *Spoil's the party*
It's true, it's fake. But this one is real!
Fake or not, I think American media are a disgrace for sure. Look at the Olympics medal table for example: the world renowned method for sorting the table is by gold medal and then by silver etc etc, however, this year the news stations switched it so that they were top of the table. Hardly anybody noticed the switch, which highlights a lot I think!
That's a false accusation (and I see a lot of it when it comes to the US - sure I question many of their policies, but can't help but think that they are just an easy target - and find myself having to double check every accusation for facts). This is how they have sorted the Olympic medals for as long as I can remember (i.e. more than a decade). You may accuse them of doing things differently from the rest of the world (most countries can be accused of this for one thing or another if we start digging), but you can't accuse them of bias unless they conveniently sort the medals by Gold the next time they are beaten in medal count. Personally, I find both method too heavily biased anyway - even though finding a weighting is subjective (I'd go for a simple 2, 1.5, 1 - but some may feel that Gold weight a lot more etc.), I think that a balanced weighted average would be more fair.

News just in...
"Headmaster uses wide faced boy as satellite dish"
Funny thing is that as far as Fox News is concerned, I could easily believe them capable of such comments. Having been a regular watcher of John Stewart and (more recently) the Colbert Report, some of the **** that channel pumps out is just shocking. And the number of times their anchors 'mistakenly' say 'Osama' instead of 'Obama' is just shameful...
