Hehe, it came to me in a flash of genius.

Tube, I used a ball on each side (fnar) and joined them by wooden rods (sort of like a nose cone of a plane) then linked them...

    bleugh too hard to explain.

    Here - I did it again - http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=1572895

EDIT: The last free level sucks, it's too easy.

Re: Horribly addictive physics based online game

The biggest problem with that site is that it is so easy to rip someone else off. I been looking at how other people done the levels I have done and I see repeats of the SAME design named differently by different people.

Also there are quite a few people exploiting the weird physics bug (which makes for amusing viewing).

Anyhow, here is my recycling 4 ball

    http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=1571841

Not pretty but I wanted to make a never ending machine (but eventually the machine spazzed out then went crazy and stoppd recycling the balls around so bodged it to finish the level).

Re: Horribly addictive physics based online game

I've now started to make things overly complicated. Where there's a simple "one ball" method, I'll try and make it 34058345 times as hard just to see.

I'm also toying with the idea of paying money for the latter levels. Anyone else stumped up the cash?

Some of the designs, buth here and 'other players' are amazing. I especially like some of the 'green' designs that use no powered balls.
