Seems a bit excessive to me.
What if you've touched a surface with drugs on before using this device?
Or on the flip side washed your hands?

I'm guessing this will only be used outside certain 'clubs' in Aberdeen. When I say clubs, they are really just large pubs open until 3am playing crap loud music, with plenty of dance...im mean letching...space. Horrible places anyway.
I can always play the "civil liberties" card if anyone tries to persuade me into a few more drinks
waste of money, effort and police time.
I really don't see what this will accomplish.
Basically what you have here is some drug users being barred entry while others go in and get wasted on another drug. If its voluntary people who have had drugs will just refuse, I would hope that refusal does not equal an automatic search by police but I wouldn't be surprised.
HEXUS FOLDING TEAM It's EASY
Watch out for the people gurning away with some rubber gloves in their back pockets.
The world has gone mad!!!!
They moaning because people are drinking in their house cos its cheaper and ya can freely smoke. So lots of people who go clubbing are on something. Places are gonna be empty and closing down.
Next they'll be banning crack pipes and syringes from shopping centres.
So it's not really voluntary then is it?The test is voluntary, but customers will be refused entry if they do not take part.
"Reality is what it is, not what you want it to be." Frank Zappa. ----------- "The invisible and the non-existent look very much alike." Huang Po.----------- "A drowsy line of wasted time bathes my open mind", - Ride.
"You are given the option to refuse, but we will then take the optional procedure of kicking your backside out of the door" type thing maybe?
Would it not make more sense to target dealers? Rather than casual clubbers?
I guess the test could be easily adapted to catch dealers though, all they would have to do is swap peoples crotches!
