Well, Lingerie has to be styled and it's bloody hard work (no pun intended)

The sheer difficulty of making a tiny piece of fabric LOOK NICE/SEXY/ATTRACTIVE, and to make a femine form look appelaing and desirable is a masterpiece of effect or disaster.

And yes, I spent a lot of my child hood surrounded by models in lingerie. When quite young, both of my parents worked for a very expensive Italian Lingerie importer and I have seen more naked models, and more discarded knickers than I care to recall, and I've snuck secret samples into famous London Dept Stores to the lingerie counter.

Its all innocent when your a child and then the hormones take hold... I bet the "frustration" kicked in when you were in your teens if you were still surrounded by that lol!

He goes into the store and into the changing rooms already wearing said lingerie under his clothes, takes it off and gives it to the attendant that takes unwanted items of clothing from you when your done, that person then takes it to the lingerie counter hidden amongst other unwanted clothes noone is any the wiser... all very hush hush, secret operation and all that.

Dept stores have very strict In and Out booking systems, and when the girls on the sales counters were running short of a popular line, I might have popped in, to smuggle it in. Was a long time ago...

BUT... I was a teenager through all of it, and no, let me assure you, models and catwalks and lingerie mean different things to me than to any other bloke. I saw it all, and I mean all, while I was 13 and 14 and 15. I was surrounded on many occassions by naked and semi naked models, of both sexes, and the novelty soon wears off.

And it gave me a superb insight into lingerie, bra and cup sizes, fabric and stiching etc. It means that occassionally people thought I was gay, as I knew lots about girly stuff.

Paid off in the end though. I can buy lingerie with some good success now.
And I hate to telll you just how many women wear the wrong size.... way more than half wear the wrong size/shape etc.

sizing people all to often go for a size up, because it feals more comfortable, problem is it promotes sagging.

size: look at girly's current collection, check the labels and then WATCH when she wears it. Does the bra strap actually cut really tightly into her back? It shouldn't have flesh folding around it.

The bra SIZE is the girls chest under the boobs, in inches.

The CUP size is the extra size around the boobs, over and above the chest size.
If a girl's chest UNDER the boobs measures 34 inches, and OVER and INCLUDING her boobs measures 1 inch more, she's an A cup. If she's 2 inches more she's a B cup, 3 inches more, she;s a C etc
Under 1 inch is a AA

Boobs hang in diff places. Some are close together, some are miles apart. Where the STRAP attaches to the cup can be key.

If your girl leans forward, and the bra GAPES open, the straps are too wide apart, and should have been stiched nearer the middle of the cup. Lots of girls suffer from this. Some bras have two straps to the cup and they join a little further up for the main strap. This helps stop the blouse "fall into" the space left by the bra.

Colour is key. White doesnt suit everyone. Soft yellows look good against some skins.

Nipple free is a good look, so the bra may be padded with what looks like scuba suit fabric around the cups. Dont shy away from them, so long as they loook pretty too, cos blouses often look lovely with them.
Some are mildly pattened, and some have coloured patterns. You dont want the bra colours to show through the blouse really. So they are often quite neutral in colour.

The LENGTH of the shoulder straps is important. They're all adjustable, but not all womed get it right. She shouldn't have 2 red furrows in her shoulders last thing at night.

La Senza really is a good place to start. BUT MEN MUST WALK CONFIDENTLY... be bold chaps. Dont be shy, dont bottle out, and when going through the racks, do it like you'd go through sticks of ram in PC world.
