Just ask for a 2nd opinion. You could also pay to be seen privately (By a doctor!!)

Yeah, go to a private doc, they'll be sure to find something worth paying to fix.

Re: For those who have been punched in the neck!

I think this docs reply offers some good insites to your problem - i injured my neck too so can sympathise.

    http://en.allexperts.com/q/Chiroprac...sound-feel.htm

Give it a read - seems there could be reasons for it - then again everyone is different and some just have more of it than others without any reasons for it - bottom line is to act if its accompanied with pain else just keep yourself fit & live with it.

This probably won't have the desired effect of making his neck click too, so kick him in the pills while you're there.
Roundhouse him to the face - that will do it.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Since the punch, it clicked when I turned to the right.

Over the years though, it has "developed", so now I can crack it by turning my head quickly either way.
Furthermore, I get this sort of "inverse" crack, where the bottom left of my neck clicks, but feels like it should be clicking the other way.

    1) do you think my neck would have clicked had i not got punched
    2) i have been to doctors and chiros who can't help, any other advice on how to heal it?
mine clicks all the time..and no one ever punched me in the neck

    The nose yes.
    The gut yes
    The eye, yes
    The ribs, yes
    The kideys, yes

None of those click though. So I think you're safe

    The cunning fiend!

Not only did he punch you in the neck, he then walked off. And as we all know, there is no form of human locomotion faster than walking.

    Uh-huh.

    No sir.

My only concern is should I hide my true identity? A costume maybe?

0iD: Plus weeing in it every now & again does it good
scaryjim: 10" is just a little large to hold comfortably in one hand, which makes it a lot harder to tap, swipe and generally interact with.
