Spot on, I dont mind giving money to people deserve it but when I see things like this it gets me angry at times.
Given the boy is 13 I think compulsary abortion within 16 years of birth is a better alternative for the boys parents, followed by sterilisation as they do not appear fit to raise a child.
Something needs to be done. What a joke. This boy is actually allowed to be in care of a baby? So how many more kids do you think he will have? He has not even gone to school. He can't even bloody work.
It's like so many things in this country. There is never anything in force to properly tackle the problem. This kind of reminds me how I read one article where parents are angry that kids are being taut sex education or being given contraception at too early an age.
And forcing them to have an abortion. Murder? How will they ever tackle this problem?

personally i think anyone that has a baby under the age of 16 should have that child taken off them and put into care. There are many many couples out there that cant have children but would desperately want one and give a child a great life. Then once the biological mother has reached 16 they have to be assessed to prove they can look after a child and support it.
