Nope I like that movie .. wouldn't watch it in the cinema though.

I missed the Matrix first time round so for me I'd like to see that.

Blade Runner as has been suggested would be awesome.
Heat would be great too, lots of loud guns and great acting

Great film, aint it anyways the cut off is 1990, so i would suggest LA Takedown rather than Heat, its the same film, same director, but its a far better ending imo.

Had a bit of a think about this in the pub the other night, and i have to add The Hustler to the list, and possible The Colour of Money, but definitely The Hustler, phenomenal film.

Oh, and Way of The Dragon - Would be amazing to see the most acclaimed martial arts fight scene in history on the big screen.

(shame The Crow was after 1990 really)
We're only here for the Banter - The Luvvies - Chewin' The Fat

Violence and Lubrication is the solution to fixing everything, if it still doesn't work, you need more lubrication.

    Re: All those wonderful films

    Didn't see the 1990 bit..

hunt for red october is an old favourite of mine.
    Close encounters
    Star wars trilogy?

Terminator 2 at 1991 should be squeezed in but predator could do the job.

Die hard would be good but I've seen it too many times for it to matter lol

Can't think of much else that hasn't been mentioned apart from my old sci-fi movies

    Shame Batman '89 is stupid.

Interesting idea. Any idea how much the cinema would charge for that kind of thing?

I've had a quick look around, and it's between £1000 - £4000 per day depending on the size of the cinema..

So for something like IBM has in mind would run between £2500-10,000..
