    You seem to have spelt the name wrong, its PARCEL FARCE.

    +1. It does happen. I generally assume it will happen unless the vendor specifically state that all their price are inclusive (I've not encountered that yet, but I have a friend who has, and she was basically refunded what she was charged).

    I shipped some poker chip sets with various different companies. I stopped using Parcel Force because the number of breakage were too high, and a standard parcels Royal Mail package once managed to be delivered with 21 out of 40 acrylic chip holders smashed from one box. DHL (who I've used more recently) haven't broken one set. I'm not a high volume shipper by any means, but I know who I'd use and recommend on the basis of experience to date...

    The reason you found nothing at saynoto0870 is that the 0845 number you have been calling is charged at local rate mate not national rate. If you are calling from a mobile then it may well be more expensive.
