The other horror movie thread got me thinking, who do you think is the scariest villian/monster of them all, Michael Myers?, Jason Voorhies? Freddy Kruger? Hellraiser guy?
name yours and why?
Mine is michael myers, firstly because halloween was the horror movie I grew up with and also because of the scary ass mask and the fact they kept him in the shadows a lot which made him scarier.

a confession I have to make, I've never seen candyman(heard of it of course but never got round to seeing it), it is worth it and is there only 1 decent film with dodgy sequels or are they all good?

the scariest "bad guy" I remember was the T-1000 from Terminator 2... but that's not a horror flick.

By the Hellraiser guy , you mean Pinhead , played by the actor Doug Bradley. He gets my vote , mostly for looks .

Either the cenobites from Hellraiser or [ennywise from IT, the book not the film though, Tim Curry does a reasonable job but the clown's far scarier in the book.
The only horror film that's really frightened me (well, since the age of about 13 anyway) is Candyman, so he gets my vote. I think I saw it when I was about 17; I don't believe in the supernatural at all but there was just no way I was going to look in the mirror and say it 5 times directly after watching it.

The reason I think this is because He takes no pleasure in the killing or has any personal agenda for it its just his job
