    Re: finished my rubix cube!

just bought a 4x4x4 on the way home from school today so this is now my next task
my chemistry teacher's promised to teach me how to do it (she completed my 3x3x3 in 31 seconds today)

so hopefully i'll be able to do my 4x4x4 soon enough

£19.99 for it though, wasn't happy with that!

well she's got a degree in maths, chemistry and biology, and for her maths degree she did a project about group maths or something like that, and she did the rubik's cube, so now she's really good at it.

teacher's don't actually teach. i thought everyone knew this?

and watch SammyC doesn't tell you off for that spelling error

^ Being able to spell makes up for being crap at everything else. (No it doesn't)

I hated that! Can still hear the squeaking & grating of those wretched plastic wires as I folded & twisted them futilely.

    Re: finished my rubix cube!

I've got a Square-1 on my desk. After about 15 years or so I've managed to get it back into a cube shape. In another 15 years when holographic displays take off and I can see how to twist it I might complete it. Either that or I'll take the stickers off...
