i text a hell of a lot and i send about 1500 texts a month..
how on earth can she send 300,000 texts?
that's 7 texts every single minute of the month.

That would be if she was also texting during sleep

if you take sleeping hours out of the equation, lets say 8 hours a day

((300000/30)/16)=10.4 TPM

10.4/60 = 0.17 TPS

it isn't possible...

It means she cannot do anything else...

Probably just set something up to spam people automatically...

I think she just group txted everyone on all txts. i.e. sent one to everyone in her phonebook each time more or less. Txt spam, either that or she was a very naughty girl and has like 5 blokes on the go as well, also it may include txts received. So even 1/2 that amount, is still not feasable ...

Ah well that would make more sense: do they count how many you send and receive in the US? same as they do for telephone calls?

I don't know about AT&T, but yes, you usually get charged for sending *and* receiving texts in the US.

You get some very stange deals in the US. The ones that share the free minutes between all family members are popular. Calls between those phones are free.

A normal monthly limit for me is about 5million, but i'm pushing 6 and a bit million this month....

Where is my news coverage?!!?!?!....

If you work it back, that's 1 text message every 5.5 seconds approximately, based on sending them continuously for 16 hours in every 24 hours period (to allow for sleep, eating, and bathroom duties)
