I think one of the funniest lines I've ever heard on a tv show was on The robot santa episode of futurama, also probs my fav ep but this line just killed me.
Robot santa :"I'll shove coal so far up your stocking you'll be coughing up diamonds!"

Weirdly, one of the most moving things came from Futurama for me, in "Jurassic Bark" i think, the ending paired with "Connie Francis - I Will Wait For You", was brilliant

How many times have they cancelled it and brought it back now?
not sure but i dont think they should of ever cancelled it. I dont think the americans ever got it so it got cancelled. IMO its much better than the simpsons and has alot more potential for new ideas.
The films were excruciatingly bad
Lets hope the writers have been suitably chastened and are doing a proper job on the new episodes.
