For men of my age Farrah Fawcett was iconic. She was "The Blonde" and triggered a million teenage dreams (wet ones, mainly). On the plus side she was generally successful both professionally and personally, and at least was loved by her husband to the end.

I will always remember her looking like this.

I agree Brucelles, Farrah was a true icon. Her passing has made me think again of my favourite icon: the timelessly beautiful Princess Grace (Kelly) of Monaco. I would not like to be the man who lost Grace in such tragic circumstances.
