This is baby Clara, born at 6:25am this morning, weighing in at a tiny 5.5lbs, I'm so proud of her and her mum, they're recovering nicely in the hospital.
Unfornately, they sent me home as visitng hours are over nowgoing straight there in the morning though!
So happy, the perfect way to end such a successful year for Miss. Beanfro and myself

5.5lbs eh? A tiny little mite. But I bet she grows like a weed.
Look forward to the next few months mate. Sleepless nights and nappy changes are replaced, all too soon, by a turbo-charged little madam who seems to have a habit of vanishing from your sight if you take your eyes off her for more than 3ms at a time. Then she grows up and gets a boyfriend, and the fun really starts.
Hold on to yer hat, Beany ..... it's gonna be a fun ride.

Congratulations, enjoy her while you can. Babies are cool.... Except when they are sick on you, or poo on you, or keep you up all night, or put dribble and jam finderprints on your new tv...
And I think I've told you all before, stop with the teenage daughter tales. Mine is 4 and stayting that way!

Congrats dude!!! We've been to the hospital three times this week with false alarms with our third - third one's always a bugger by most accounts
Blown away for you, it's an incredible experience and she's a beauty. 5.5lbs!!?? That's nothing - indications are ours is going to be topping 8lbs, no problem

Yeah, I'm going to pile in as much sleep before shes allowed to come home, thanks for the comment people, much appreciated, its going to be one hell of a ride from this day onwards

Im +6 weeks with my daughter and couldn't be happier! Only feels like yesterday that i was being kicked out of the hospital, so i can sympathise!. Expect the next few weeks to vanish before your eyes!
My best bit of advice is there will be ups (all day, most of night) and some downs (night when she cant sleep, and refuses to calm down/stop crying). You will get frustrated & annoyed but don't worry, it happens to everyone and you get better with time!
Aside form that ignore most bits of advice, every babies different from feeding to sleeping. Its 99% COMMON SENSE & for me personally easier (!!) then i thought it would be!
