Same goes for peeps from the UK visiting over here. The only get out for us over here is if we've done 10 years of NI contributions in the UK, or being a full time student. Insurance is expensive too, and most of the time, doesn't cover you if you're only over for a weekend. Sucks ass tbh.

Live in kent and really happy here. Lots of countryside, great pubs, some nice towns (and crap ones), and 35mins on the train from London or about the same in the opposite direction for some great coastline. ALso handy for a quick trip to the continent.

I live in Merseyside (Liverpool )

Haven't lived anywhere else although I have family in Chesire and it's nice, wouldn't move there though. From what I've seen of Conwy it is nice although a bit remote for my liking.

Born Yorkshire, live in Yorkshire. God own county and all that, and if I need to travel ... Yorkshire Airlines

I've lived in Lancashire, Manchester to be specific, and I visted a quiet a few counties and to be honest there good and bad places within city, town and counties. I live in leeds and love it, but I could show people round some really dodgy areas of it and you'd be less than impressed - especially with the "bin strike" there a some streets that are more like tips.

I love heading out to the hills in Cumbria to get away from it all.
