It is quite surprising the amount of panic i managed to cause this morning by reminding my boss that i wasn't in tomorrow....

It now looks like i may be dropping in at work to help out once i have everything sorted and in the car because they can't cope without me



So by the looks of things i've got a few deliveries for Grimsby/Cleggy at some point tomorrow, so i may end up picking you up in works van and then transferring everything to my car back at base.

How long did it take us last time Al? (just trying to gauge what time to leave work)

everythings ready at my end.

patches and things on hard drive incase of re-installs.
steam updating portal... and its updated. i love my 1.5MB/s internet

all games installed, settings and keyboard mappings changed to what i like, thoroughly tested so i know how to play them. (sounds like i will be the only one who does )

snacks and drinks packed.

only thing i forgot to do was to 'dust' my computer using the air compressor at work.

Although this time i don't think we even have a map, plus the fact that the car is noisy as hell and has no acceleration, it's going to be a long trip



I'm thinking that i should be with you around 4:30 sort of time, so LAN arrival of 7 ish, stopping for f00dz somewhere along the way because i won't have eaten all day (probably tesco TBH as i want to grab COD4 too).

What house number is it again? I remember the street because it's one of my rat runs

just remembered to update graphics to 10.3 (which isnt out yet - doh) and also update punkbuster.

so actually im less ready than i was before the more i double check things, the less ready i become. funny that.

edit: defragging drives now that everythings up to date.
