Mine disappeared too and as I said when I contacted them they claimed they hadn't received it so
just fire off an email and include the tracking number.

I got a return and they said to send it recorded and it would be refunded
I have just recived the wrong memory card off them, I ordered a 8gb sd card and they sent me a micro sd
I have asked for the right item to be sent (not a money refund which was the other option), how do they refund postage?
I'm posting it in a hour from now and will let you know how I get on

play is great if what arrives works, but I find returning to them alot more hassle than the likes of amazon
After reading on another site that until you chase it up you wont get it I phoned them up on Tuesday, I gave the tracking number and she said we will send a replacement and refund postage. Thursday I got £1.40 back on my account, not the £2.03 I spend but I won't chase it up. This morning I finally got the right item.
So if you want to get the item always phone them (or email)
hmmm, I also got only £1.40 when mine was £1.65..... its put me off them even more.
Saying that scan never even bothered to pay back the postage on something I sent back broken
(within the 7 days after I got it) which is even worse.
Well apparently they have processed the refund.... will need to find out from the bank how much it is as I have a receipt for the postage, will be complaining if they don't refund the right amount, especially as they have waited over a week before confirming receipt of it.
yep... short changed on refund £1.40 instead of £3

I placed an order for two mobile phone car chargers the other day. Today I got two packages addressed to me with one of my chargers and one memory card including a receipt for someone else. I phoned them up and said about it. They're going to send another charger out but they just said to "return the second item to the post office."
Don't I need a returns number and an address? If I send it to whatever address I can find how will they know who to refund postage to?
The help pages only seem to allow returns of items in your order history, otherwise it goes around in circles with links to nonexistent advice.
