Andy from Tech returns SAVES the DAY

Hi all at scan and hexus ,

wanted to thank Andy from Tech Returns for sortin the Vista 64 installation problem my brother was having which was lumbered with me and I couldnt resolve.

We tried with a two other members of tech returns and the guys werebothered and couldnt understand why they couldnt diagnose the problems , they however did not give up and said in the end 'leave it with us sir for a few days and we will get to the bottom of it ' and so i did leave it.

ANway just after an hour I get a text message saying 'your PC is ready and pick it up before 5 if you want it for today from andy'.

    I was really reallly happy.

Cheers Andy , your the man and the other boys from tech returns too, makes Scan the way it is, like your old ad campaign used to refer.Does exactly what it says in the package.

Salute to you Andy , you are indeed a hardcore techie.

I didlose my managed account cos i was abroad for some time , things picking up now but this really put a smile on my face.Cheers Andy, tech returns and everyone at Scan.

    I am a happy bunny

didnt work for me , but there is another thing i realised when i was troubleshooting at scan was that at home the partitions couldnt be recognised and at scan it did, that was because of the usb mouse , keyboard and loads of other peripherals and i kept them plugged it hoping vista would configure all of them for me , how wrong was i ?

But learnt alot i guess , you cant put a price on expriance , i wish i had as much experiance as you andy ?

you sir are a nice man
