I just watched this video and it's absolutely gob smacking. To think that less than two decades ago we thought that Toy Story was an amazing feat, the first real fully computer generated movie. It's pretty awe inspiring that you can do this sort of stuff on a reasonably specced PC these days:

Saw this recently....the Depth of Field changes and the volumetric lighting are the best I've ever seen....blew me away.

What can you say about that, simply amazing. Easily the best CG I've seen in a long time.
Yeah really incredible stuff, looks so close to real. The only giveaway I thought is the uncanny valley effect from some of the human shadows and later the actual human models. Really incredible that it was done by just one bloke like!

This is why it makes me laugh when people say graphics don't need to get any better. When you can play a game at 1920x1200 with real-time rendering like that, I'll agree.
Saw this last week in the office pretty amazing stuff. Apparently the guy did this over a space of 2 years!
