RELAX , wait for steam to get back to you
dont send rude messages to your account as that could provoke him into getting it VAC banned then your in trouble

That's bad news. Hope you get it back.
I can't belive this though - "In the event that a hijacked Steam account is banned by the Valve Anti-Cheat System, Steam Support can not remove the ban."
Ridiculous.

and also, if you do get your account back make sure you verify it with your e-mail address so that you must be able to read the e-mail to change the password!
Or say dont click it before you type the link. I clicked it

You should have created a brand new email, along with proof that you're the owner of the account, like the photograph of a CD Key of a game that you have registered on Steam, if you have done, I don't think Steam would have a problem sending the new password to the new email address.
Furthermore, if you believe they've sent the password to the wrong address, notify Steam as soon as possible.

Was your steam account not verified with your email address? Normally if any changes are made to your account (like change of email/password) then a code is emailed to your verified email address only which then needs to be entered, this should of protected you unless of course your verified email address was hacked as well?
If not make sure you verify once sorted out, here is how....
