I find myself job-hunting as I am at risk of redundancy. Thus, I need to know which sites are fruitful.

Not sure if your applicable, but the Graduate Recruitment Bureau seem to be doing well for me atm.
Out of the three you mentioned Monster seem to generate a lot of interest.
